About This Piece

Pluto pairs a genuine marble top in Matt Ocean with a base of oak veneer over MDF in a Black Oak finish. The top is a generous 34mm slab, and the rounded legs give the whole piece a soft, sculptural stance.

It arrives assembled with the marble top packed separately for safe delivery, and a wall anchor kit is included as standard. The top holds up to 45kg.

Pluto works hard in an inner-city Sydney entry or living room. At 1400mm wide and 400mm deep it makes a proper entryway console or hallway table, with enough top for a lamp, a bowl and a stack of books, while the rounded legs keep it feeling soft in a narrow space. The Ocean marble and Black Oak read well against both pale walls and moodier, layered rooms.

Pluto carries our 24-month structural warranty and a medium commercial rating, comfortable with 20 to 40 hours of use a week. It arrives assembled with the top separate and an anchor kit included.

Caring for your marble top

Marble is a natural stone and naturally porous, so a little care keeps it beautiful:

Spills: Wipe them up straight away, especially acidic ones like wine, citrus or coffee, which can etch the surface
Protection: Use coasters, placemats and trivets under glasses, hot dishes and sharp objects
Cleaning: A soft, damp cloth is enough, and keep it out of harsh direct sun
