About This Piece

The Classique is a full 2400mm oval in ash veneer, with a soft continuous edge and no corners to work around. The grain runs the length of the top, finished with a water-based sealer that keeps the natural colour of the timber.

It stands on a single sculptural pillar base rather than four legs, so chairs slide in anywhere around the table and nobody has to straddle a leg. The table ships knock-down, with the base packed flat and the top separate, and assembles on site.

Caring for your timber top

Ash veneer is a natural timber surface, so a little care keeps it looking its best:

Dust regularly and wipe with a soft, damp cloth, then dry the surface.
Clean spills straight away so they do not mark the timber.
Use coasters, placemats and trivets under glasses, hot dishes and sharp objects.
Keep it out of harsh direct sun, as the veneer is not UV treated.
